AWS A5.9: ER 318 | EN ISO 14343-A: G 19 12 3 Nb StarBlaze MIG 318 is a niobium-stabilised stainless steel MIG wire designed for welding 316Ti and 316Nb type stainless steels. It deposits a 19Cr/12Ni/2.5Mo weld metal with enhanced resistance to crevice corrosion in oxidising acid environments. With precision layer winding and controlled cast/helix, the wire ensures smooth feeding and excellent "pay-off" during welding. It is ideally suited for critical fabrication applications involving piping, plates, and pressure vessels in corrosive environments. Supplied in both plastic and metallic basket spools.- Diameters: 0.6 mm - 1.6 mm
