AWS A5.9: ER 182 | EN ISO 14343-A: W 18 8 Mn StarBlaze MIG 182 is a premium NiCr alloy solid wire designed for MIG welding of highly heat- and corrosion-resistant nickel-chromium alloys. It deposits a Ni-20Cr3Mn2.5Nb weld metal with outstanding strength, ductility, and toughness, especially after post-weld heat treatment or long-term high-temperature exposure. Ideal for critical applications like cryogenic LNG storage, LPG processing, and dissimilar steel welding, this wire offers excellent performance in creep-resistance (up to 800°C), non-scaling properties (up to 1000°C), and cryogenic impact resistance (down to -196°C). The wire undergoes ultrasonic and high-pressure jet cleaning after specialised chemical baths, followed by a proprietary anti-spatter silicone coating process for a clean, smooth arc and longer shelf life.- Diameters: 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm

AWS A5.9: ER 308Si | EN ISO 14343-A: G 19 9 StarBlaze MIG 308Si is a stainless steel MIG wire designed for welding austenitic stainless steels such as AISI 301, 302, 304, and 308. With a 20Cr/9Ni composition and silicon content of 0.65–1.00%, it delivers excellent weldability, arc stability, and bead appearance. Ferrite content is controlled between 5–10% for balanced corrosion resistance and crack resistance. Precision layer winding ensures smooth wire feeding, and the wire is specially processed for clean welds and reliable performance across all welding positions.- Diameters: 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm
