Description:

StarBlaze 34L03 is an elastic putty, intumescent sealing material designed to fill construction joints and expansion joints in structures for forming an insulating barrier in the event of fire.

Applications areas:

• Flexible intumescent fire stop sealant
• For construction joints, 2" – 50mm gap. Can be used for penetration up to 200mm diameter & square opening up to 300cm sq. Joints between fires walls can be sealed up to 150mm thickness.
• In case of larger openings fill up with rigid Starblaze 34L02 Mortar and seal for downsizing.
•  For unique system with moving slab in a curtain wall, 4hr fire rating, 2" gap.
• Non-toxic, water-based.
• Smoke, fume resistant.
• Silicone, Halogen & Asbestos - free.
• Adheres perfectly to electrical cables, concrete, masonry and other materials and remains flexible after drying.
• Weather &b ageing resistant.
• Good UV resistance
