86C02 PICKLING Gel is a unique chemical to remove heat tint, Weld-discoloration, Oxide scale and rust from all series of Stainless steel. It is intended for standard applications like:

• Standard steel grades such as 304L, 308L, 316L etc
• Nickel and copper-nickel alloys
• Pickling at a temperature in the range of 10-40°C

Applications areas:

• Remove dirt, dust, oil and other contaminations by using any degreaser. Apply degreaser on to the surface for 10-15 min. Then rinse the surface with water.
• Stir the Wonder Gel with plastic spatula. Apply the paste on to welded area using nylon plastic brush.
• Provide reaction time of 20-40 minutes depending on steel grade & severity of oxidation.
• Use the pressurized water jet spray or wipe the weld seam lightly with plastic scrubber and rinse the surface thoroughly with plenty of water.
• Apply Stain-O-Passive 170 on the surface area and provide reaction time for 15-20 minutes. This will prevent from further contamination and corrosion. Rinse the surface thoroughly with water and allow to dry.
