StarBlaze Prime NiCrMo4
AWS A5.11: E NiCrMo-4 | EN ISO 14172: E Ni 6276 (Ni Cr 15 Mo 15 Fe 6W4)
Hastelloy C276 Equivalent | Extreme Corrosion Resistance | Austenitic Overlay Electrode
StarBlaze Prime NiCrMo4 is a nickel-based, low hydrogen electrode engineered for welding and overlay of highly corrosion-resistant Ni-Cr-Mo alloyed steels. Specially suited for surfacing and joining components requiring maximum protection against oxidizing media, the electrode withstands service temperatures up to 1100°C. Ideal for Alloy C-276 and similar composition steels, it provides excellent strength and elongation, maintaining weld integrity under aggressive chemical exposure.
