StarBlaze Developer is formulated to highlight surface-breaking flaws in ferrous and non-ferrous metals, ceramics, plastics, and glass objects. Its fast-drying formulation creates a contrasting background, making penetrant indications visible with clarity. The product is engineered for superior flaw detection performance in a wide range of industrial applications, including stress corrosion and fatigue crack examination of cranes, bridges, vessels, piping, and railway components.
The developer combines excellent capillary action and high visibility performance with a non-toxic, CFC-free composition. It conforms to global standards, including MIL-I-25135 and IS:3658-198, ensuring compliance in critical inspection processes.
