StarBlaze Penetrator
StarBlaze Penetrator is engineered to locate surface discontinuities or flaws in metals, plastics, ceramics, and other non-porous materials. It highlights cracks, seams, porosity, laps, laminations, and cold shuts with vivid red dye. The formulation ensures excellent capillary action, penetrating defects to provide clear, reliable visual indications. Its low viscosity and specific gravity (<1) enable rapid coverage and efficient testing. The product meets MIL-I-25135, MILSTD 271, and IS:3658–1988 standards, making it suitable for critical inspection applications across industries.
