StarBlaze Prime 309LMo-15
AWS A5.4: E309LMo-15 | DIN EN ISO 3581-A: E 23 12 2 L B 22
Basic Coated | Mo-Alloyed | High Corrosion and Heat Resistance
StarBlaze Prime 309LMo-15 is a low carbon, basic coated stainless steel electrode with 23Cr-13Ni-2.5Mo alloying, specially designed for welding dissimilar joints between stainless and mild steels. It serves as an ideal intermediate layer for 316L cladding and ensures excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance up to 1000°C. The weld bead is smooth, slag is self-releasing, and arc control is optimized for both initial and re-strike conditions.
