StarBlaze Prime 310 is a rutile-basic coated austenitic stainless steel electrode formulated for welding high-temperature resistant alloys, cast steels of 25Cr–20Ni grade, and dissimilar stainless joints. The weld metal is stable under thermal cycling, offers excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance up to 1200°C, and is ideal for furnace components, steam boilers, turbine housings, and similar applications. It delivers smooth arc performance with easy slag removal and clean bead appearance.

- Ideal for maintenance and fabrication of high-temp stainless assemblies

Low Carbon. Crack-Resistant. Versatile.
A rutile-basic coated stainless steel electrode, E308L-16 is designed for welding austenitic 18/8 Cr-Ni stainless steels. With a low carbon core wire (308LER) and optimized ferrite (~8%), it offers maximum crack resistance, smooth arc characteristics, and superior corrosion resistance. The electrode produces soft fusion with minimal spatter, excellent slag detachability, and aesthetically clean weld beads. Suitable for use at service temperatures from -120°C to +350°C.
