Basic Coated | Nb-Stabilized Austenitic | For Cryogenic and High-Temperature Stainless Applications
StarBlaze Prime 347-15 is a basic-coated, niobium-stabilized stainless steel electrode designed for welding austenitic stainless steels where resistance to intergranular corrosion and thermal fatigue is critical. With approx. 4–8% ferrite and 0.45% Nb in the weld deposit, it is ideal for applications involving cryogenic temperatures or long-term exposure up to 800°C. Delivers a clean bead with soft arc, low spatter, and easy slag removal.
