StarBlaze Prime 410-16
AWS A5.4: E410-16
Rutile Coated | Ferritic-Martensitic | Air Hardening
StarBlaze Prime 410-16 is a heavy coated rutile-type MMA electrode designed for welding ferritic-martensitic stainless steels containing 11–13.5% Cr (AISI 410). This electrode offers a smooth arc and clean weld appearance, with mechanical properties suitable for structural applications requiring post-weld heat treatment. Preheating and stress relief are essential to prevent cracking and ensure weld ductility.
