StarBlaze Prime 410 NIMO is a basic coated electrode engineered for welding stainless martensitic chromium-nickel-molybdenum steels or cast equivalents such as AISI 410 NiMo. The deposit offers excellent resistance to abrasion, corrosion, and pitting. Being an air-hardening type, preheating and PWHT are necessary to achieve adequate ductility for machining and service life. Packed in vacuum sealed packaging for moisture protection.

- Preheat and interpass temperature control required to avoid hardening
- PWHT critical for achieving ductility and machinability
- Re-dry if required at 300–350°C for 1 hour, up to 3 cycles
- Keep electrodes dry and avoid condensation during storage

Low Carbon. Crack-Resistant. Versatile.
A rutile-basic coated stainless steel electrode, E308L-16 is designed for welding austenitic 18/8 Cr-Ni stainless steels. With a low carbon core wire (308LER) and optimized ferrite (~8%), it offers maximum crack resistance, smooth arc characteristics, and superior corrosion resistance. The electrode produces soft fusion with minimal spatter, excellent slag detachability, and aesthetically clean weld beads. Suitable for use at service temperatures from -120°C to +350°C.
