A basic heavy-coated, low hydrogen iron powder electrode engineered for demanding structural welding applications, including carbon steels up to 0.40% C. Delivers smooth, finely rippled welds with high mechanical integrity, even under dynamic loads and sub-zero temperatures. Suitable for sour gas environments, conforming to NACE TM-0284 (HIC) and TM-0177 (SSCC) standards.

• HD510 – 250–350 °C for 1–2 hours, 5 times max - Recommended for dynamic loading and impact service conditions
- Diffusible hydrogen content < 4 ml per 100g weld metal
