With weld metal recovery up to 115% and consistent impact toughness down to –50 °C, it is ideal for high-strength structural joints and buffer layers. Delivers smooth arc behaviour, minimal spatter, and x-ray quality welds.

• HD510: 300–350 °C for 2 hours, up to 5 times - Suitable for steels with up to 0.40% carbon
- Stable in high heat-input environments without loss of toughness
- Not recommended for short arc or excessive weaving techniques
