A high-efficiency iron powder electrode engineered for rapid deposition in flat and horizontal fillet welds. Offers smooth bead appearance, self-releasing slag, and soft fusion arc stability. With deposition efficiency up to 150%, STARBLAZE 7024 is the go-to electrode for fabrication of large structural elements, tanks, and heavy-duty platforms.

- Recommended for use on clean base metal with good fit-up
- Weld fusion is broad and soft—ideal for flat deposition with minimal reinforcement

Low Carbon. Crack-Resistant. Versatile.
A rutile-basic coated stainless steel electrode, E308L-16 is designed for welding austenitic 18/8 Cr-Ni stainless steels. With a low carbon core wire (308LER) and optimized ferrite (~8%), it offers maximum crack resistance, smooth arc characteristics, and superior corrosion resistance. The electrode produces soft fusion with minimal spatter, excellent slag detachability, and aesthetically clean weld beads. Suitable for use at service temperatures from -120°C to +350°C.
