For 9Cr–1Mo–V–Nb–N Weldments | Creep Rupture Reliability | Radiographic Finish
A basic coated, extra low hydrogen electrode formulated for high-temperature, creep-resistant steels such as 9Cr–1Mo–V–Nb–N alloys (e.g., Grade 91). Designed for use in high-pressure, high-temperature power piping and equipment, the electrode delivers a refined weld bead with minimal spatter and excellent arc stability. Welds are X-ray quality, offering superior strength and creep resistance up to +620°C. Ideal for thermoelectric and petrochemical applications.
