AWS A5.9: ER 308Si | EN ISO 14343-A: G 19 9 StarBlaze MIG 308Si is a stainless steel MIG wire designed for welding austenitic stainless steels such as AISI 301, 302, 304, and 308. With a 20Cr/9Ni composition and silicon content of 0.65–1.00%, it delivers excellent weldability, arc stability, and bead appearance. Ferrite content is controlled between 5–10% for balanced corrosion resistance and crack resistance.
