AWS A5.9: ER 410NiMo (1.4351) | EN 14343: S 13 4 StarBlaze SAW 410NiMo is a stainless steel Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) wire with a 12Cr/4Ni composition, tailored for soft martensitic steels like 1.4313/CA6NM and light-gauge 410, 410S, and 405 base metals. It delivers high ductility, excellent CVN toughness, and strong crack resistance. The filler metal has reduced chromium and increased nickel to eliminate ferrite and enhance mechanical performance. With extra low carbon content, it ensures better crack resistance and ductility than conventional 410 wires.
