StarBlaze Anti Spatter (NF) Non-Flammable is a high-performance, heavy-duty aerosol coating designed for professional welding operations. Unlike traditional anti-spatter sprays, this formulation utilises a non-flammable CO₂ propellant, providing enhanced safety and consistent coverage. Its synthetic non-silicon oil base forms a durable thin film barrier preventing welding spatter from adhering to workpieces, tools, contact tips, and splash guards.
The product ensures cleaner welds, extends consumable life, and simplifies post-welding cleanup. Superior atomization and 360° spray capability allow for easy application in hard-to-reach areas, improving productivity and minimising downtime.
