The StarBlaze DPT Kit combines three high-performance aerosols (Developer, Penetrant, and Cleaner) for precise flaw detection across diverse materials like metals, plastics, and ceramics.

Penetrant: Red ultra-high penetration dye, Specific Gravity <1, Non-toxic formulation
Cleaner: Non-chlorinated solvent, Fast-drying, % Volatile by volume: 100%, Non-toxic formulation
This system is ideal for inspecting weld deposits, castings, forgings, and assemblies. It is widely used to prevent breakdowns, injuries, or losses caused by undetected surface flaws.
