StarBlaze HF V
DIN EN 8555: E6-UM-60
Graphite-Basic Coated | Air Hardening | Abrasion and Metal-to-Metal Wear Resistance
StarBlaze HF V is a medium heavy coated graphite-basic type hardfacing electrode designed for excellent abrasion and scratching resistance under high mechanical stress. It yields a weld deposit of alloyed cast iron with 58–60 HRc hardness, providing strong performance in applications prone to both sliding abrasion and impact. Ideal for components like oil expeller worms, screw conveyors, scrapper blades, and excavator teeth.
