Rutile Coated | Nb-Stabilized Austenitic | General Purpose for Cr-Ni Stainless Welding
StarBlaze Prime 347 is a rutile-basic coated stainless steel electrode with Nb-stabilized austenitic weld metal and approx. 5–8% ferrite. Designed for joining stabilized and unstabilized Cr-Ni stainless steels such as 304, 304L, 321, and 347, it ensures excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion while delivering smooth arc performance, low spatter, and self-peeling slag. Suitable for both flat and positional welding, particularly in chemical, food, and general stainless fabrication.
