P91 Steel Welding, High Temperature Creep Resistance, Extra Low Hydrogen Electrode
A basic coated extra low hydrogen electrode specially designed for welding high-temperature creep resistant 9Cr-1Mo-V-Nb-N steels operating at temperatures up to +620°C. StarBlaze PRIME 9015-B9 provides excellent weldability, self-peeling slag, finely rippled weld beads, and radiographic quality weld deposits. The weld metal offers outstanding creep strength and elevated temperature performance, making it ideal for critical applications in power generation, petrochemical plants, and high-temperature pressure systems. It is specifically developed for welding P91, T91, and F91 steels used in modern thermal power and process industries.

A rutile-basic coated stainless steel electrode, E308L-16 is designed for welding austenitic 18/8 Cr-Ni stainless steels. With a low carbon core wire (308LER) and optimized ferrite (~8%), it offers maximum crack resistance, smooth arc characteristics, and superior corrosion resistance. The electrode produces soft fusion with minimal spatter, excellent slag detachability, and aesthetically clean weld beads. Suitable for use at service temperatures from -120°C to +350°C.
