StarBlaze 11D01 Silicone Spray
StarBlaze 11D01 Silicone Spray is engineered as a versatile mold release agent ideal for a broad spectrum of molding processes. It features a blend of low and high viscosity silicone oils providing excellent release properties without staining or corroding molds. The formulation is ozone-friendly and highly stable at elevated temperatures, maintaining performance during demanding molding operations up to 288 °C. The clear, non-foaming liquid delivers excellent wetting and spreading characteristics, creating a uniform film that prevents sticking of molded articles.
The product is recommended for use on A.B.S. resins, acrylics, wax, rubber, polyester, cellulosic, and polystyrene substrates. Its optimised penetration and fast evaporation improve productivity in molding operations while maintaining clean mold surfaces.
