Ultra-Low Hydrogen, High Strength, Radiographic Quality Welds
A basic coated low hydrogen iron powder type electrode specially developed for welding high-strength steels with yield strengths up to 850 N/mm². StarBlaze PRIME 120-M (MOD) delivers a stable and concentrated arc, low spatter levels, very easy slag removal, and finely rippled weld beads. Its Ni-Cr-Mn-Mo alloyed weld deposit provides excellent crack resistance, radiographic quality welds, superior mechanical properties, and outstanding impact toughness at low temperatures. With diffusible hydrogen levels below 3 ml/100 g weld metal, it is ideal for critical high-strength structural applications.
