A basic coated, ultra-low hydrogen electrode designed to produce tough, crack-free welds on high tensile and fine-grained steels. StarBlaze Prime 12018G ensures highly stable arc performance, easy slag removal, and fine, ripple-free bead appearance. The Ni-Cr-Mn-Mo alloyed weld deposit delivers outstanding crack resistance and mechanical durability which is ideal for applications requiring radiographic-quality welds and exceptional toughness at low temperatures.
