Pipeline Welding, Deep Penetration, Radiographic Quality Welds
A cellulosic coated low alloy steel electrode specially designed for welding steels containing 0.50% molybdenum and high-strength pipeline steels. StarBlaze PRIME 7010-A1 delivers excellent all-position welding performance, including vertical-down welding, making it ideal for pipeline construction and field welding applications. The electrode produces a forceful arc with deep penetration and a fast-freezing weld puddle, ensuring excellent root pass and capping run performance. It offers outstanding mechanical properties and consistently produces radiographic quality weld deposits.
