A cellulosic-coated, deep-penetration electrode suitable for high-strength pipeline steels including vertical-down welding using stove-pipe or conventional techniques. Offers a strong, forceful arc, good arc re-strike, and high usability for both single-pass and multipass welds in pipeline construction. Well-suited for root, fill, and cap passes.
