High Deposition Efficiency, Fast Welding Speed, Radiographic Quality Welds
An iron powder heavy coated rutile type electrode specially designed for high deposition and fast welding applications. StarBlaze PRIME 7014 provides an exceptionally stable arc, minimal spatter, fine ripple weld beads, and very easy slag removal. With a deposition efficiency of approximately 115%, it enables higher productivity while producing radiographic quality weld deposits. The electrode is ideally suited for fabrication of mild steel structures, pressure vessels, boilers, wagons, tanks, and shipbuilding applications where speed, weld quality, and ease of operation are essential.
