Low Hydrogen Electrode, P91 Steel Welding, High Temperature Creep Resistance
A basic coated low hydrogen electrode specially designed for welding high-temperature creep resistant 9Cr-1Mo-V-Nb-N steels operating at temperatures up to +620°C. StarBlaze PRIME 9018-B9 provides excellent weldability, self-peeling slag, finely rippled weld beads, and radiographic quality weld deposits. The weld metal delivers superior creep strength and elevated temperature performance, making it ideal for critical applications in thermal power plants, petrochemical facilities, and high-temperature pressure systems. It is specifically developed for welding P91, T91, and F91 steels used in advanced power generation and process industries.
